Hi everyone,

I applied to UMich School of Kinesiology around 2 weeks ago and was wondering what my chances were of getting in. It's my top school so fingers crossed!

GPA: 3.8 on a 4.0 scale, school doesn't report weighted/unweighted, also we have a very rigorous grading system with an A being 93-100
ACT: 29
AP classes: AP Psychology, AP English Literature and Composition, AP English Language
Mom is a legacy

Extracurriculars:
President of High School
300+ hours of community service at food pantry
Ambassadors Club
Spanish Club
Won Most Valuable Student
Vice President of National Business Honor Society
National Honor Society
Spanish National Honor Society
Mathematics Honor Society
Captain of the Cheer and Track Varsity teams
IHSA Scholar
Worked with Youth Conservation Corps for a summer job 40+ hours/week
Made it to State in track and cheerleading three times

I have also struggled with a bilateral hearing loss which means I am fully deaf in one ear and partially deaf in the other which I talked about in my common app.

Please please please chance me! I will love you forever. :)

Are you in-state? You have a strong chance either way because of your legacy and disability. Best of luck!

I forgot to mention I’m from Illinois. Thank you for your chance though. :)

Since you are oos, it would be a high match to low reach for you.

Can someone chance me for the school of kinesiology? My sister attends the LSA program and is currently in her sophomore year (if that counts as legacy). I go to a top 20 public high school in New York and will be applying for early action this fall. My stats are overall pretty solid except for my unweighted gpa which is roughly a 82 on an 100 point scale(my school does not use a 4.0 scale). My chances of admission are pretty far fetched but I just want more input before I apply.
