<p>Oh my god…there’s social justice, and then there are these crazed loons. I read the article, and disagreed with about half of it, but we have free speech in this country. I know the author vaguely, and I’m gonna get in touch. Wow. This is too much.</p>

<p>Free speech is awesome. Like when Fox referred to a female airforce pilot as “boobs on the ground”. Yes, we should all defend and uphold free speech no matter what! I very much doubt the Michigan Daily excused this guy for his conservative views. There is more to this story than we know.</p>

<p>I read this guy’s satire article. It seems conservative, but it seems like a non-issue. I can’t imagine somebody was fired from the Michigandaily for this satire piece. I agree with Alexandre that there is likely more to the story.</p>
