uMich vs MSU

I am looking to go into political science/economics then either do graduate work or law school. I was admitted into James Madison College @ MSU and (sadly) waitlisted then rejected at UMich. Basically, I have two options: 1. attend MSU or 2. since I’ve been dual enrolled at community college for a while, just apply to UMich as a transfer student next year. I am almost positive I would be accepted as a transfer seeing as I almost got in before and they tend to accept quite a few transfers. Plus, I have a 3.95 GPA at CC. Once admitted to uMich, I would try to get into their Gerald Ford school of public policy. Just wanted opinions and maybe a little insight if anyone might have some helpful info. Thanks!

Oh, I’d go to MSU. (And I went to Michigan) @romanigypsyeyes Any advice for this poster?

MSU. No question.

I have my undergrad degree from MSU and now have multiple advanced degrees from UMich. happy to answer questions but tag me or PM me since I don’t come on here very often.
