My top three college choices are University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, University of Illinois- Urbana Champaign, and University of Wisconsin-Madison. My top choice is University of Michigan and my intended major in molecular biology (pre-med). I was wondering which school would the best for me if I want to do pre-med. I want to go to a school that will give me a good basis for my med school applications and MCATs. Cost is not an issue.

All 3 will give you a good basis. I think Michigan would lead those three, with Wisconsin second and UIUC third. Are you instate for any of those schools?

If you want to do pre-med, all schools will offer a great strong background to succeed. I gree with summerinthecity: Michigan is probably best, with wisconsin and UIUC a notch below it.

For anything in the advanced Biosciences Wisconsin is the leader in the Big 10 and has the best funded bio research among US universities. UM would be second and Illinois third.

The science heavy SJTU rankings just out give UW the edge

At the undergraduate level, it really does not matter. All three schools are excellent. I would recommend you look at two things:

1) Cost of attendance. Which ever school is least expensive (after FA and Scholarships are accounted for) would probably serve you best. Medical school is very expensive, so you probabably want to save as much money as possible in college.

2) Fit. Ann Arbor and Madison are probably more pleasant and fun than Urbana Champaign, though not by much. I recommend you visit all three campuses to get a feel for them. If cost is not an issue (either because your parents are well off or because scholarships and FA level the playing field), I would recommend you pick the school where you think you would be happiest.
