@Zpower99 Our experience was that Michigan had very good financial aid, even for OOS. They met my D’s full need. Only the Ivies offered better aid.

So from what I’m hearing, UM has already started sending out decisions, even for deferred students? If yes, how do you know? And are there specific days they send them out on (for example, Fridays?)? Thanks!

Is the counsellor supposed to send the mid year report by email or do they get the mid year report from the Common App? Very very urgent as I didn’t send in my mid year report by mail.
@Palak786 They can send the mid year report through the Common App, no need for snail mail or email.
When I went on Wolverine Access, I saw that they requested I submit my parents’ 2015 Tax Transcript. As my parents are divorced, do I need to submit just the custodial parent’s transcript or both custodial and non custodial?
@bwalts61 They will want information from both parents. As they asked for the tax transcript, that’s what they want. Just send what they requested.

A friend of my D got her acceptance to music today.
@brainyclown11 i applied engineering CS and heard back feb 9th (deferred EA then accepted)(4.16 weighted, 35 ACT, 1550 SAT). still waiting on ross though. Good luck and hope to see you at Michigan!

Michigan gave me better financial aid than the other ivies I got into last year, and I’m OOS (chose Michigan and could not have made a better decision)
