@ab2020 the Twitter page for admissions said they will probably come next week. You could check the previous pages. Also, posters’ counselors that keep contact with UMich admission officers said the same thing.

"Our team has received a number of questions about when we will be releasing decisions for Early Action applicants. We understand your eagerness and thank you for your continued patience!
While we can assure you that Early Action applicants will receive a decision by Dec. 24 note that it is very unlikely that any decisions will be released before next week.

Did any of the alumni receive an email from UofM thanking them for getting a relative to apply to the University? My dad received a email couple days ago thanking for being an influence to get their kid to apply for the university. I don’t know what to make out of it … Is it a subtle hint that I didn’t get in!! Maybe overanalysing…
@Salvadortrail in previous posts other people mentioned their relative receiving the same thing. We don’t think there’s any correlation between the email and a decision

@michiganea2021 If someone telling you that there is a slight chance that they could be released today makes you feel better, then there is a chance they could be released today.
However, odds are you should just enjoy the weekend and not worry about it.

Just enjoy your time. You have zero control of anything they do. Only what you do. So have some fun, study for finals. Stop wondering, analyzing, parsing words from tweets, etc!
does taking more time this year mean they r going to accept more people or defer more people?
It means neither. It means they had more to look at, or they had some other issue get in the way is all.

People in the discussion have said Tuesday, since it’s one of the last days before break or Friday, since they planned to release by then and were planning to do so this Friday. Honestly, it could be any time next week.
@smk2017 Wait they were planning to release it this Friday? So r they behind on schedule?
They will come out any day Mon-Wed.
