@desigirl yes, I’m the president of a med club as well as a few others, I do assistant teaching teaching as well. But the only med related experience I had was research, but they said research counts? plus I grew up with a family of doctors.
at this point, I can only think I messed up my interview so badly that even having higher stats and a good essay wouldn’t change anything. I’m going to call tomorrow and ask why I was rejected. But I’ve decided to just go down a traditional med path in one of the ivys.
I have been following this thread for while now and I also applied for the program. I got accepted so I will be going there this fall. Just thought I’d say hi!

@daisy1111: i tried to look for a fb group, just so that we can all familiarize ourselves with one another, etc… but i was unable to find one… are you sure one exists?
