<p>So is November 30th the final deadline for all freshman addmisions (not transfer)....... like that seems so early... and does this mean just the app needs to be in by Nov 30th and all the other stuff can just be sent by Nov 30th/postmarked or IN by the 30th....or am i completely wrong and the final deadline is a normal January something?</p>

<p>After reading the PSU Admissions web site under 'Steps to Apply' here Steps</a> to Apply - Penn State Undergraduate Admissions my interpretation is that everything must be received by that date in order to be considered. </p>
<p>And no, the November 30th date is just the 'priority' date so you hear back earlier:</p>
<p>First-Year Students Entering Summer Session and Fall Semester</p>
<p>Applicants with complete credentials submitted by November 30 should receive an admissions decision no later than January 31.</p>
<p>Applicants with complete credentials submitted by December 31 should receive an admissions decision no later than February 28.</p>
<p>Applicants with complete credentials submitted by January 31 should receive an admissions decision no later than March 1.</p>
<p>Basically meaning, it has to all be recieved?</p>
<p>Yes, that's my interpretation that it all has to be received by that date.</p>
