UMRP and Chances for Hispanic to Get Into Harvard

Has anyone out there been accepted, or heard of anyone being accepted into Harvard via the UMRP efforts? I had a great interview with the UMRP rep, had a fantastic 2 hour interview with an alumni, scored 1980 on first SAT, 2150 on second SAT and an average GPA (3.6). I have also founded, designed and implemented a community project that has served kids and received press. I want to go to Harvard more than any other school, and the minority recruitment rep really encouraged me to apply Restrictive EA - but I don't see how I could possibly get in with a GPA of 3.6.
My question is - does anyone have any anecdotal or first hand accounts of minorities getting into Harvard without the stellar GPA or SAT scores? Details appreciated!
