<p>Just got an email from UCLA with the headline “Unauthorized sharing of copyrighted material and legal options for digital entertainment‏”. Attached was a pdf on how sharing illegally is wrong and alternatives to it. Was I the only one who got this? Is this an indication that I’m about to get in trouble for this or something?</p>

<p>The PDF says “To: All UCLA Students” so I’m pretty sure it is just a mass notice. UCLA has sent similar e-mails previously.</p>

<p>I got it also. Seems very generic.</p>

<p>I’m glad I wasn’t the only one at least. I’d just gone a random downloading binge (for the first time this school year) a few days before so the timing made me extra paranoid.</p>
