I had submitted all four of my SAT IIs (mathii800, physics800, chem780, Korean800) back in DECEMBER 22 'together with my SAT I (2290: M800, R750, W740)', but they added my SATIIs on MARCH 11! Nearly two months after my file was pulled for review! WTH is this?!

On tracking, they have shown all of my SATII scores around the top (you guys know), so I had never doubted that they misplaced my SAT IIs all these months - starting from late December til March 11! And this morning I found that out: 'SAT II received on March 11'.

Cannot belive this! How can they lose a portion of what I sent all together at one time? Am I out? I mean, I bet the decisions are all made now, and they will be preparing envelopes this week. This is so crazy.. :'<

Ditto here but decided not to worry too much given advice on other threads not to read too into what appears on the lists. BTW blank is on 3/17 - seems late. Just hoping now.

Relax, some workstudy student finally got around to it. There is a lot of data that must be entered for each student. For fun, just how many data entries must be made for each applicant x number of applicants.

I’ve noticed that Stanford and MIT don’t post data and application progress. Am I correct?

Unlike Stanford and MIT, my guess is that “Where am I in the process” is well integrated with the admissions office. Chances are, what we see is just an extension of a larger organizational system. People who realize the importance of email notification for laundry would understand the benefit of using computers to organize all the application data. So, instead of paying students to enter data so that we can see what is going on, they made a page that simply displays the information that they (the admissions officers) are working on.

Did they list your SAT II scores on the top (I think) area with your ACT/SAT scores before whatever it said in the list? If they did then I wouldn’t worry too much.

Actually, work study students don’t get to touch applicant documents. They just answer emails.

In reality it’s a couple of old ladies and some of the (overworked) office staff doing the entering. I’m sure they just got around to documenting that your scores do, in fact, exist. Don’t freak out. :p

Oftentimes the documents have been in for a while but changes aren’t shown until weeks later.

Thanks to all of you, I am feeling a bit better. Anyhow, I will find out tomorrow and let you know.

@Thesli: My sat ii scores have been showing at the top, yes, right beneath my sat i scores, for as long as I remember. Before you mentioned it, I thought that those scores def came from my self-report on ComApp. Now, after reading your post, I think that CMU would not enlist self-reported (unofficial) scores on its tracking. Not too sure though. @catman: My blank is on February 18. If they had made a decision on that day, when they were without my sat iis, I bet I am… Cannot even utter that word :'/

Okay… a funny thing happened to me too.
I did the ACT and SAT 2. Both were listed as received in my form…
then a few days ago, they said SAT Reasoning Test Results received. (this is so weird since I didn’t even sit for the SAT 1)
Should I email them?

(posting during lunch XD) Got a reply email: “We understand your concern but would like to reassure you that the date that the file completely enters our system will not affect your application decision. If all components in your application are accounted for then there will be no problem.”

I also called, and the lady kindly said that my all of my sat i and ii scores have been in my file all along. So relieved!! :)

My son has a similar “problem”. Both SAT I and SAT II scores were sent in November in a single requrest at College Board. The CMU tracking shows that “SAT Subject Test Score Report” was received “24-nov-2010”. The “SAT Reasoning Test Results” was received “04-mar-2011” (more than 3 months later). However, ALL his SAT I and SAT II scores have been shown correctly at the Test Scores section for a long time. So my son didn’t worry about it. Similar to many people, he got a blank line but on 10-mar-2011.
