<p>It isn’t possible to know. UNC gets many applicants with high stats and achievements. Who they select for merit scholarships and/or honors seems to be based on many factors. They can choose out of a large pool of highly accomplished students.</p>

<p>UNC is so highly selective that it is good to apply, but not to count on any awards.If you are an in state resident and need merit aid, consider some of the other NC schools in addition. </p>
