UNC Charlotte transfer HELP!

Currently a student at an in state community college (cpcc) and meet all of the minimum requirements. Problem is I had a 3.2 but had a rough past semester and it dropped to a 2.4 (failed chemistry and calculus and got an A in HUM) but currently have straight A's in the current spring semester. This some how placed me on academic warning at cpcc and I'm worried it will hurt my chances of getting accepted. Do I have reason to worry or am I over reacting? By the way I've applied as a ARCH major if that means anything.

Bump.
Any insight is helpful.
