UNC Pre-Med

So I live in New Jersey and plan to move to North Carolina next year (guaranteed). UNC is my top choice for a pre-med track with a major in neuroscience and I know how hard it is for Out of state students to get in (almost a 10% chance).

Basically, one of the application questions asks “If you could change one thing about where you live, what would it be?”. I hope that I can incorporate something about my love for a specific town (Cary) in North Carolina we are moving to but I do not want to seem like I am lying just to get into the school.

How would I incorporate me loving that town in North Carolina and talk about my family moving there next year without saying it directly if you know what I mean. Any suggestions?

That question is meant more in the sense of, " What would you change about the culture, or attitude, or opportunities available, in your community", not the physical location. Given the size of the statement, you could write about something you encounter on a daily basis, like wastage, over-consumption, social media, etc.
