Undecided Major

<p>I'm an upcoming freshman to GW Class of 2017, and I'm still undecided on my major. I've been accepted to the School of Business, though I'm not totally sure I want to major in business (I'm also considering a major in communications.) </p>

<p>How crucial is it to decide on a major right away? If after my freshman year I decided I wanted to major in communications, could I easily transfer to the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences without delaying my graduation date?</p>

<p>Its a lot easier to switch into CCAS than any other school. You could also double major. The thing is you should talk to your advisor asap so that you take classes that fill GPAC requirements as well as GWSB reqs.</p>
