Undecided Senior: MFin or work?

Hey guys,

I am going to start my senior year at a Liberal Arts college (not very known) and I have been preparing for my GMAT for the past month. I want to go to a big school for my MFin, I have a great GPA and recommendations, but I only have one summer internship. I know that I have a very small chance to get into a good school since my college is not known/ranked and my work experience is poor, so the only thing left will be my GMAT score. I have been studying for it, but I am not positive about having enough time to study, get a great score and apply for all the schools. I will only have 3 months to do all this...

Is it a better idea to hold for one year, and have more time to study and apply? What would you suggest?

Write the test, and attempt admissions now, especially if you are not already working full-time. Anything can happen one year from now that might throw you off your track. As for valid work experience, it is far less important a factor than it is for MBA admissions.
