Undecided- what faculty?

I'm going to be entering college as very undecided. My interests are all over the map. So what faculty/school should I apply to? I've heard that Arts and Sciences is a bad school, and I shouldn't apply there... What should I do?!?

How undecided are you? In high school did you take more science oriented classes or humanities oriented classes. Apply to either Arts or Science based on that. It’s easier to be in arts and take science course then it is to be in science and take arts courses. You should also know that different faculties have different tuition (for intl. at least). There isn’t much disparity between Arts and Science, Science is a little more, but there’s a big difference between that and management for example.

As tkdkid touched on, if you’re trying to decide between Arts and Science (and have the pre-reqs for both), choose Science. It’s much easier to change to Arts than vice versa.

Okay. Well I still really don’t know. I’m leaning towards Arts though because I’m not always too good at science… but maybe I should just go somewhere where they actually have undecided options…
Are there like admissions people I could talk to or something?

I think I won’t apply. I really need to go to a school where I can be undecided. I’m sad though because this school sounds awesome. :(

Lots of people are undecided but they make a tentative decision. I guess you could always go undecided to another school and then transfer to McGill later.

I could maybe narrow it down to a few things to start with…but I’ve heard that it’s hard to transfer between faculties.
Also, I was thinking that the Bachelor of Arts&Science might be a good fit path for me, but I hear that you really have to know what you want to do for that program, and I don’t.
