If I'm a undecided wanting to transfer after my sophomore year. Does colleges think its bad that I'm still an undecided major in my sophomore year?

Not at all. So long as your courseload is reasonably rigorous and you are progressing with your school's prescribed general education classes, you are in good shape. You should probably mention what you're planning on doing when transferring and articulate your intentions clearly in your essays.

Good. Cause I was worry college would look down upon you for not having pick out a major yet.

A lot of universities require you to indicate a major(especially big universities with different colleges under it I.E. College or Arts and Sciences, College of Engineering, etc...).

I just transferred and am not exactly sure what my major is but I selected political science to put me into the College of Arts and Sciences(I might switch to biology so that would make it easier because its also in the CAS).

These schools require you to indicate a major so they dont put too many/few transfer students into one of their "undergraduate divisions".

Do you have any idea what school you want to transfer to?

I want to apply to NYU, Fordham, PSU, UCLA, USC, Northwestern for communications degree.
