under word count for supplements

I'm so scared right now. I think my chances at getting accepted into Stanford have greatly decreased because I failed to proofread my supplements before I turned it in. I thought the 3 short essays' word count meant the 250 words was the maximum, but it is actually the minimum. I already submitted it so it's too late to change it..
Do admissions officers focus on word count?
What happens to supplements that are under the minimum? :/

I posted this on Stanford 2015 too.. whoops.

I wouldn’t worry too much. If you answered the questions and in the process gave some insight as to who you are, thats all they are looking for. Some people can write a book and never answer the questions. I just checked my S’s essays from last year and he had around 330 words for each.

Being concise is a good thing. These admission officers have better things to do then read more than necessary.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

Thank you very much! :)
