<p>Is it a citation or an actual fine with a court date? A citation won't matter as much, a conviction without an expunged record will hold you back.</p>

<p>well i have a court date where they assess the fine i am to be charged. the cop said i don't have like a record because we're (the kids at the party) not being fingerprinted and stuff, you know</p>
