<p>What is Tulanes reputation regarding undergrad business majors and which majors are more reputable than others? Also, which major is most similar to Management at other schools?</p>

<p>premed - My view is admittedly biased, as the UG Business majors I know are all brilliant and are very happy with their educations. Tulane has a strong national alumni network, if that's important to you.</p>
<p>The business school only grants one degree, a Bachelor of Science in Management. The majors you can choose from are finance, accounting, marketing, management, and legal studies in business. The finance program easily has the best reputation, ranking 6th and 10th in the world by financial times the past two years. There are some really innovative finance programs and there is a very well connected alumni network. There's an equity research program where students research stocks and publish investment research reports. As far as I know it's the only one of it's kind in the country. There's also an energy trading program that allows students to graduate with a designation in energy trading.</p>
