Hi, I’m a junior planning on applying finance major. So far I’ve narrowed my list down to these four schools, but still struggling with application priority(ED/EA).
Academic resources, location, prestige, campus culture, and career preparations are areas that I mainly consider.
I’ve visited emory and I love the campus and had the best experience compared to the other college visits. But the finance program does not rank as high as the other three…
Any suggestion would be appreciated!
@sinopsych assuming you are a junior in high school.Georgetown and BC you can get into the business school as a freshman. UVA you apply mid 2nd year for entrance third year. 60-70 percent are accepted from internal candidates. There web site has all the stats. I don’t know anything about Emory but the other 3 you cant go wrong, they are all great schools. Good luck! Unless you are a real super star I think Georgetown tends to defer a lot of ED candidates and if you go ED, not 100 percent positive but I don’t think you can go EA elsewhere so you may want to check that out.
