undergrad Environmental science and policy which is better BU or UCLA?

I have been offered admissions in both BU(with presidential scholarship) and UCLA, I am truly interested in environmental policy …I could not find any courses for it on UCLA courses site…BU on the other hand does seem to have the exact mix I am looking for

If BU has exactly what you want, then that seems to be the obvious choice.
