I am a biology major, and my biggest interests currently are evolution/paleoanthropology, biological/physical anthropology, and primatology. I have also long been very much interested in microbiology.

My college offers the minor in anthropology, and allows for a focus in physical or biological anthropology.
Within the major of anthropology, this focused area is only one of 3 other areas that are studied. I have stuck with the biology major to have a better background in biology.

My question is this: if these are my major interests, am I going the best route or would an anthropology degree better suit me?

Is the minor in bio/physical anthro redundant if I plan to focus more on those subjects in graduate school?
