<p>I play the clarinet and I was wondering if anyone has been to BU for undergraduate music. I'm going for music education and possibly performance and I've already auditioned there. I've heard mixed things and want to make sure I get a clear picture of what it's like. Also, if anyone has knowledge about the clarinet professors, let me know! Thanks</p>

<p>My D is a VP major at BU and has been very happy there. I don’t know anything about clarinet at BU, however. The university is large but the School of Music is small and intimate, they take good care of their students and we’ve been consistently impressed by the quality of performances that we’ve seen.</p>
<p>My son is a junior cello performance major at BU School of Music. He is very happy and Boston is a great music city to be in.</p>
