Undergraduate advice

Hey guys!
I really require your help regarding this issue as it is really confusing, yet important. I currently live in India and graduated from high school a month back. I aspire to become an entrepreneur in the field of computer software. Technology has always interested me. I developed two games for the iOS when I was 14. Right now, I am working on a web development project for my startup company. I wish to pursue my higher education overseas as I believe in exploring the various opportunities available abroad. However, I am stuck in a dilemma.

I got acceptance from 5 US universities from which I finalised San Francisco State University and NSU, University at Buffalo. I scored average in my SAT(was never a big fan of it), 6.5 in IELTS and 82% in 12th grade. For some random reason, I applied to universities in UK such as Leeds, Sheffield, Kent etc. The response from these universities will take atleast one month. Unfortunately, I am running short of time as the universities in the US require me to apply for the visa immediately.

If I take the risk of waiting till july for the UK universities, I will lose the chance to go to the US. I wish to go to the UK as I am getting better ranked universities such as Leeds, Sheffield etc as compared to the universities in the US such as SFSU and Buffalo. However, San Francisco consists of the HQ's of various IT giants. People around me are anti-uk as they think US has better opportunities. But I, on the other hand, want a great university written on my alma mater.

This brings me here. Please help me choose whether I should go the UK where I can get into highly ranked universities or should I go to the US where major IT giants(where I wish my future company to be) are located?

Your help would be really appreciated :)

P.S- I wish to pursue Business Management.

You have just applied to better universities in the uk. You aren’t really assured of a seat in tbose universities as of now, right?

Go to US! What if you get rejections from the top UK unis? because the places are already filled in UK ones. Apply for US visa, go to US and enjoy! :)

82% is a tad bit low for leeds or sheffield so the odds favor going to the us
