<p>As college app time comes rolling around, I'm still looking for colleges to apply to.</p>
<p>I'd like to go into investment banking or hedge funds post college and plan to do that with majoring in finance/quant finance/mathematical finance and minoring in computer science or stats.</p>
<p>SAT: Critical Reading: 670 Math: 690 Writing: 670
Sat II's;
US History: 700
Math 1: 680
Math 2: 640 (It was the 3rd test of the day so I ran out of gas. I'm in AP Calc BC so I assume that will ease colleges concerns)</p>
<p>GPA: UW: 3.66
Classes: I have 1 AP (my school only offers 2) with AP Calc BC
Every other class is taught on the Honors Level .
School Rank: 30ish in NJ and 300ish in US</p>
<p>Extra Curricular Activities with future senior year included:
1. French Honor Society: 3 years, French Honor Society co-president
2. French Club: 4 years, French Club Co - Vice-President
3. Key Club: 3 years
4. TSA (Technology Student Association) : 2 years</p>
<p>Community service hours: Approximately 460 combined over 4 years (4 major activities including one founded organization)
Leadership Positions:
1. Job as Head Football Referee 4 years (also director of referees)
2. Assistant head coach of flag football team for 2 years; won 'super bowl'
3. Assistant head coach of baseball team for 1 year.</p>
<p>Jobs:
1. Construction worker (manual labor) 5 years
2. Head Football Referee: 4 years
3. Entrepreneur (cant find a way to implement into college essays/resume/anything)</p>
<p>I live in NJ, parents have 50k income combined, (told me they'd be willing to pay up to 30k/yr) and I'm willing to pick up 5-10k/yr. I estimate the financial aid of any college I attend will meet or exceed the number considering I have a bother coming to college 2 yrs after me.</p>
