<p>Does this happen every year near the application deadline?</p>
<p>Also the deadline for the Oberlin conservatory is listed as December 1.
Does that mean by midnight tomorrow, and is it midnight Central Time?</p>

<p>It happened one month ago when my daughter was submitting applications. She was able to get a direct link to the conservatory program application given to her by the admissions office (not Oberlin though).</p>
