<p>By international, do you mean you're not an American citizen but you wish to attend West Point? I know a few allied countries send some of their students to West Point (I've seen a Taiwanese cadet at West Point, and I know that the Philippines sends cadets to West Point as well), but I believe they are commissioned as officers within their native country's military. You might wanna ask West Point directly about your concern. Good luck though- its nice to see that West Point is attracting individuals from all walks of life.</p>
