<p>I have this friend who is interested in attending West Point, and she checked on College Board which says the school accepts international students. We wanted to get more information on the school, but even after hundreds of attempts, we could not access the West Point web page. It just loads for a bit and then a screen will pop up saying that this website is unavailable. </p>
<p>So is it that people outside the United States cannot visit the US military academy web page for security reasons...? If so, how are international students supposed to apply to West Point? </p>
