Univ. of Va or Northeastern University?

Been accepted at both , and am on the fence . Co-Op at Northeastern seems to good to pass up. UVA has great business school. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Low EFC however translates into large loans as neither school
meets demonstrated need.
Does NE give you an advantage when you seek employment after graduation?

Would love to hear from students from both schools.

Thanks for reading this. Seems like many rejections and waitlists this year. Anyone agree?

No question…UVA is 100000000000000x better. It is much more prestigious than Northeastern will ever be. Congrats on UVA!

UVA! It’s more prestigious, even if it’s a public school. I don’t know anything about co-op at NEU, so if it’s a deciding factor for you, go for it. UVA’s business program, however, is great. UVA says they meet full need, but it may depend on your situation.

Appreciate the feedback very much. So UVA it is, but I have a gnawing feeling Northeastern
doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. Acceptance letter said 2900 selected out of 38,000. But thanks for responding. Curious to hear from any NE people who have done the coop. Was it what you expected?
…Future Wahoo…( they gotta change that fight song…uuugh)

NEern’s acceptance percentage is in the low 40s. The figures you cite would be comparable to Harvard or Yale.
