Universities/colleges that are good in both politics and music

Hi guys, I'm intent on (undergraduate) majoring in politics/international relations and minoring in music. Would be great if someone could tell me which unis/colleges are good in both areas? I know Chicago is (apparently their music program is no. 2 nationally). Anyone know about Columbia? Any more suggestions? Thanks guys :D

Music Theory or Music Performance. I was not aware that Chicago had a good performance program. And most good Music programs will generally not offer a minor, only a major. Some schools I think are worth looking into:

Carnegie Mellon University (not sure about their Political Science Department)
Indiana University-Bloomington
Northwestern University
Oberlin College
Rice University (not sure about their Political Science department)
University of Michigan-Ann Ann
University of Rochester
Yale University

Definitely Oberlin.

As Alexandre points out, Chicago is great for music theory, but not for performance. While there are many opportunities to perform at Chicago, i.e. orchestra, choirs, ensembles, etc. it really is not known for performance, although my child participates in many of the performance groups and loves it. Furthermore, instrument lessons may be farmed out to local teachers (many from the Chicago symphony) but you will probably have to pay some extra money for these lessons. For political science and related fields it is great. I went to the University of Rochester which is superb for what you want. The river campus has a great political science department, including a new major in international relations. As a student there, you can audition to take instrument lessons at the Eastman school of music, which is one of the world's great music schools and which is part of the U of R. There is no extra charge to take these lessons and you can participate in performance groups at both Eastman and the river campus. I studied piano there and majored in history and political science on the river campus. It was great.

Rice has the Baker Institute for Public Policy (in fact, I saw John Bolton come speak last Tuesday night) and its political science department is pretty good.

And of course, its Shepherd School of Music is one of the best in the nation.
