Universities that offer engineering courses and full scholarship merit or need based

I want to know some universities which offer need based or merit based scholarships that cover nearly full tuition as well as room fees. It can be from US, Canada, Europe, Australia. Suggestions are welcome. There has to be an engineering major.

Please don't mention Ivy league, MIT, Stanford

Also mention safety schools

Some schools are mentioned here:

How much can you pay per year?

University of Alabama, if you have 3.5 Gpa and 1400 Math+CR AND declare your major as Engineer, you can get full tuiiont+2500per year

We don’t have GPA in our country.
Thank you!

Surely you get some kind of grades or percentage scores for your classes. These are converted to GPA.

At Univ of Alabama, if u have the threshold test scores & GPA, the full-tuition scholarship is automatic, even for int’l students.

Are there any other universities like Univ of Alabama?
I looked on internet but could not find specific names :=

Troy University
Clemson University

Auburn University - they have a higher academic threshold to receive the money but it is there. WOW - I didn’t bother to check but they’ve upped their freshman scholarship $. Auburn is a GREAT school.

@threeofthree the website mentions “Spirit of Auburn Scholarships are awarded among Alabama resident students” :((

@asheshshrestha - sorry if I gave wrong link - AU gives good OOS merit but not full. They have increased each year since my son started - unfortunately they don’t have an increase for earlier classes.

@threeofthree‌ thanks for update.
