I think you will get into UB. I’m not sure you will get into Aerospace Engineering, for which an additional level of scrutiny is applied. Your SAT scores are too low, and the ACT scores are borderline. The lack of high math/science Regents scores will be looked at closely. If your standardized tests go up - think 1200 on the SAT - your chances improve. Raising your scores is challenging, though. Good luck to you.
