Are you saying…you can’t pay the application fees, can’t pay to have the CSS Profile sent, can’t pay to have your SAT or ACT scores sent?

But first…are you a U.S. citizen, and are you very low income?
What are your ACT or SAT scores, and GPA…I’m asking because the schools that guarantee to meet full need are HIGHLY competitive. You have to get accepted to get their terrific aid.

If you are a US citizen and live in the states, your local community college is free to apply and if you are eligible for state and federal aid, your costs could be completely covered.
There are very few free rides.
