<p>Do they generally stay the same each year? I want to get an early start on writing.</p>

<p>The essays are the exact same this year BUT the lengths have been revamped, so check that out (I think that a quick Google of "UC System" should yield any answers you need)</p>

<p>I found something interesting on the University of California website. It says that the prompts are new for Fall 2008. If I'm going to be applying this fall for a spot in 2008, I guess I have to respond to these new prompts.</p>

<p>Wait are those the actual prompts for this year? I thought there were always 3 each year. This year there are only 2? Or are they only releasing 2 for right now?</p>
