I don't know if it's the same for all UC's.

School: Mount San Jacinto College

IGETC: Done by spring

Might double major in phil if accepted

Oh no, I am applying this year. But just saying if I don't get in for fall 2007, I will stay back a year. Either way, I am going to be done with all my major pre-reqs by this spring 2007, just won't be done with my pre-vet requirements.

Wow its that time of the year again!!!
From seeing all the stats so far, i think all of you are well-qualified applicants. I bet all of you are gonna get accepted to either your first or second choice. No doubt about it. Y'all should apply to the top 3 UC's regardless of your stats. Aim high and hope for the best. I wish you all best of luck =D

... You guys don't really need luck tho.

Haha, of course we need luck! We need luck for our essays still!!

how does an internship with the mayor of san francisco for two years look when applying to uc berkeley?

is that a significant role sicne its an important person?

Yams, I agree UCLA does have a great campus. Far and away my favorite. Also, they have good football team. Would you really not consider any other UC if you do not get in, or are you that dead set on UCLA?

coughUSCcough :)

I'd pick USC over UCLA if it came down to it

do you get to know the essay questions before the application is openeD?

Adamantine,
Yes the questions are known beforehand, they are on the universityofcalifornia.edu site. And they use the same essay questions every year.

sakura,
still working on mine from summer. I wrote all three out already but I've re-done one of them. I'm thinking of re-doing the rest though. How about you?

oxypunk,
I PROBABLY would consider other UCs but it's going to be a very tough decision when it comes to it. But at this moment I am pretty dead set on UCLA.
And yeah, I think I will be applying to USC as well since it is in Los Angeles.

Yeah it looks like it opens on October 4th. I guess the admissions dept. just partied too much!

Lol, kevintech.

Yams, I'm still working on my essays. I've been rewriting them. I am far from finish.

do tey change haas' personal statement question each semester?

Hmm I really don't know anything about Haas, sorry.

Aside from the personal statements, Haas laster sends you some more essay questions I believe and it changes every year and I hear they like to do it based on current events and such, not too sure though

how difficult is history at Cal to get in?

i've been rethinking a lot of my previous transfer assumptions and majors...

but for the moment it's cal with history
