University of Cincinnati was just ranked in the top 10 for undergradate accounting.

Here is a pleasant surprise. US News and World Report just ranked University of Cincinnati as being in the top 10 undergraduate accounting programs in the US>

Check out this url for their press release and a listing of the top 50 programs:UC?s Accounting Program Counts Among the Nation?s Best

As I noted in the featured post, "Everything you wanted to know about accounting," where you go to schools is irrelevant. However, University of Cincinnati does have a strong coop program and was the first in the US to have one. This combination of strong academics and coops might be too good to pass up especially since they are less expensive than most private schools.

Disclaimer: My daughter attends UC in their DAAP school;thus, my judgment can be a bit biased.

those rankings are messed up

So the girl gets the art genes from mom and the boys get the number genes from dad… Are you sure you & your wife didn’t have an influence on them unintentionally? (You replied my similar question before if remember)

a_mom: LOL, it’s hard to tell who got what from whom. I suspect the influences were more environmental.

Well those are clearly terribly done, because UIUC is not anywhere in the top 50…
