<p>I'm a senior high school student in Florida, and really want to go to UF.</p>
<h2>Here are my statistics, anyone think I have a chance? Any opinions, recommendations, or advice would be great.</h2>
<p>White male, 17 years old, Canadian citizenship, Florida resident.</p>
<p>GPA: 3.9 unweighted, 4.3 weighted
5 AP Classes, 11 Honors Classes</p>
<p>SAT: 1250 composite, 1920 total
ACT: 28
*Note: I am taking ACT again this weekend, and SAT next month. I have been taking practice tests and am expecting around a 1320 and a 30 this time.</p>
<p>ECs: Mu Alpha Theta, NHS, School Newspaper, Student Council, Cross-country, Track and Field, Interact, French Club, Spanish Club, Spanish Honors Society (pending), Extended French Program (2 years), and the school fashion show =).</p>
<p>Community Service: 150+ hours, mostly at a hospital</p>
<p>Speaks fluent French (+ learning Spanish), 11 years of Piano/Music study.</p>
<p>Essay: Spent a lot of time on it...</p>
<p>Letters: Pending, from guidance counselor, 2 math teachers, spanish teacher, and history teacher.</p>
<h2>Applied in July, two weeks after application was available.</h2>
