<p>Pre-reqs: 3/5 completed, 3 completed courses were A's</p>

<p>Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Member</p>

<p>Born in America but I have a Hispanic background</p>

<p>Just to help out other impatient applicants like myself, I emailed my stats to someone from UF who "handles transfer applications for the College of Journalism and Communications" and they told me "Your academic record sounds great!"</p>

<p>I'm personally feeling insecure because you never know but what do you think my chances are?</p>

Hey I think you have a great chance to get accepted. I just received my acceptance to UF as a transfer student from Miami-Dade College into their History major and I didn’t have nearly the same stats as you. I got in with a 2.5 GPA and very little EC’s. I think what really helped was my essay. I hope this makes you feel a little less insecure, and good luck!
