University of Houston International Applicant - Admission Chances?

I applied to University of Houston (Main Campus) for Fall '17 in late December 2016. I sent my application in for Engineering.

I have a SAT score of 1400/1600 (780/800 Math & 620/800 English)
GPA : 3.45
TOEFL: 104/120

Do I have a good chance of getting accepted? If yes, do you think I have a good chance of receiving scholarships?
