Although if accepted into all my universities I would be clueless on where to attend, currently being accepted into the University of Iowa I couldn't be more thirlled with the possibility of attending the school. Though as a possible student at the University of Iowa I always question why one may choose the University of Iowa/ Iowa State University over the other as I myself could think of a million reasons why one would attending the University of Iowa and being able to explore such a unique college town Iowa City. It was interesting to know that both universities have about the same number of students, and greatly recognized ( such as USNEWS annual rankings), etc...
Doing extensive research into both schools and favorably liking the University of Iowa I do know that Iowa State University tends to have a stronger engineering program, while the University of Iowa better in social sciences.

Anyone able to elaborate base off my post above and the major differences between the schools? I am just asking this ( or these) questions out of interest.
