University of Kentucky chances any advice apreciated

I recently made a post on this but now have a little more info on this. I have also emailed the school and they informed me that the weighted GPA average of their freshman was a 3.6 with 50% being lower than that average and will also be applying out of state from NC.

I am going to be a senior in high school next year with what looks like it will be a 2.44 UW and and 3.13 or 3.17 weighted gpa (yes im aware how low that is) I also have an ACT score of 22 and am retaking this in 2 days.
I have taken 4 AP’s and will have around 15 honors courses when I graduate
The first two years of high school we used a 7 point scale so an A was 93-100 my final two will be on the 10 point scale where an A is 90-100 my school also does not convert the first two with the last two so its a mixture of both.
Im 25% native American not really sure how much that will help.
The largest reason for my low GPA is my ADHD I have had all my life. Coming out of Freshman year I had higher than a 3.0 unweighted and around a 3.6 weighted then my sophomore year came along where I had around a 1.98 UW GPA. This is because I could not concentrate what so ever. My dosage of 50mg was what I had used for about 7 to 8 years and my body got so used to it that it had almost no effect. We did not catch the problem of the medication until the end of my sophomore year and my doctor prescribed the strongest dosage of 70mg and adderal for studying in case the effect wore off. So this year has been me digging my self out of that hole and I can tell a noticeable difference for example a D in English II honors sophomore year and an A this year in English III honors.
Now that thats over I don’t have the most EC’s either but am doing more this summer. Since I want to be a pharmacist in the summer after 9th grade I volunteered at two different places three days a week for four hours each. One of which was a pharmacy that helped the less fortunate be able to afford the cost of medication they needed and the other being just a normal family pharmacy. I volunteered a total of about 256 hours and am volunteering at another pharmacy this summer with hopefully around the same hours. If you read this far thanks in advance for any advice.
