<p>Quick question for a friend of mine, she has the following credentials, and is applying as a transfer to UMDCP, for the priority deadline</p>

<p>GPA: 3.29 (sophmore)
from maryland
Mother went to UMDCP (legacy)
Alpha lambda delta
national honors society high school
maryland scholar
psi chi
secretary of her dorm
applying for psychology major</p>

<p>no letters of recommendation (she was in a rush to send out the application in time)</p>

i applied last year as a freshman (entering as a sophomore) with a 3.1 GPA, OOS and I got accepted, so I am assuming with a better GPA, legacy (well not sure it goes into account), in state and a lot of other things, you have a good shot</p>
