University of Maryland: What are my chances?

I am currently a junior in high school and want to attend the University of Maryland and major in Criminal justice. I was just wondering what you think my chances of getting in are based on this:

GPA:
unweighted: 3.7
weighted: 4.75

SAT:
I haven't taken the real SAT yet, but on the PSAT as a sophomore I got about 1700. I just took the PSAT this year, but I also took a diagnostic test online and got a 1920, but I think I did better on the actual thing. I'm hoping by the time I officially take the SAT, to bring my score up to at least a 2000, which I think is very possible.

ACT:
I haven't taken the real ACT either but last year on a practice one I got a 30. I took another one this year, but haven't gotten the scores back yet, but I imagine my final score will be somewhere in the lowish 30s.

SCHOOL:
I live in Chicago and go to the best public school in the state of Illinois, so hopefully that shows the type of education I've received and the type of work I have had to put in.

RANK:
Our school does not do class ranking.

CLASSES:
All honors classes, except for AP's
Last year I took AP US History
This year I am taking:
1) AP Chemistry
2) AP Language and Composition
3) AP Psychology
4) AP Latin
Next year, I think that I will probably take 3-4 more AP classes (AP Biology, AP Government, etc.)

EXTRACURRICULAR:
-I am involved in the Latin Club and have one a few awards at the state level and a few at the National level (ex. Gold medal on the National Latin Exam)
-I am in the National Latin Honor Society
-Freshman and Sophomore year, I managed the girls varsity basketball team (will not be doing again)
-Red Cross club freshman year
-I am doing model UN this year and next year
-Soccer all 4 year (junior varsity 2 yrs. and varsity 2 yrs.)

OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL:
-I attend youth group at church every week
-I volunteer at a nursing home once a week

And that's about all I can think of right now. If you guys could give me your opinions, that would be much appreciated. Especially if you have experience with the University of Maryland. Thank you!

Oh, also I should add that a year ago I went on a mission trip with my youth group to help in New Orleans. I also took an educational trip to Greece with my Latin class last Spring break. And over the summer, I worked in an office of a piping company, scanning, filing organizing, etc. I will also be working there over my breaks this year (Winter, spring)

Come back here once the score reports are released…
