University of Miami or Penn State Altoona?

I got into UM and PSA and I wanted to know which one was better. Both for Business.
I am an International Student so which one would be better..</p>

<p>I believe with Penn State, some majors move to the main campus after 2 years. I’d check that out before signing up to go there. If you do go to main campus, then that is OK.</p>
