Bruh…
Thank you @SingingBusDriver
You’re efforts are appreciated.
On the bright side, Ross decisions might be on time.
MODERATOR’S NOTE:
Well that was just unnecessarily snarky. Nobody on this site says that they are a Michigan AO; users are free to post what they hear or believe (they just can’t deliberately post false information. If you want the facts, you are quite free to contact admissions. If you want to express your displeasure over the wait, again, feel free to contact them. The save time, the info is below.

Aye, this is quite disappointing as this means another 2 days of being stressed out. I’ll still check at 3, thanks for the heads up at least. @SingingBusDriver, do you know what caused the decision to be postponed?
Also I’m not a “he.”
Thank you and I’ll show myself out.
@Mezric11 Not sure. Usually they run the students through the system the night before. They did not last night. Might be just the sheer amount of applicants or a batch fail.
@SingingBusDriver thank you-agree with above poster re:managing expectations and really appreciate that you take the time to post on this thread -without agenda- and with available updates. Thank you!
@luvslabs Do I care about my credibility? You think too highly of me.
I have no investment in any of this. I post because I believe in transparency.
Y’all should chill out and back off @SingingBusDriver . She has been posting for years and clearly is trying to give good info to everyone who is anxious about the admit process at Michigan. If you don’t trust or believe her fine, but don’t disparage her. Either way it at least gives us something to perseverate over.
do all schools come out at the same time?
@SingingBusDriver Interesting. Thanks again for letting us know. :)>-
Hi guys! I’m another current UMich student who can remember being in your shoes and want to just share how the application process went for me. First and foremost, there was a never a set date for when decisions would come out. A lot of people on this form said there was, but no one really knew until the emails started rolling in. Also, I believe that unless you’re accepted you will have to log into wolverine access to find your decision (I was deferred and had to log in). I also want to say that Michigan looks for more than just high scores, gpas, and extracurriculars. I had a below average sat for Michigan’s avg, but still got in and I’m doing fine! Don’t worry too much and trust the process! Michigan is one of the top universities and they know what they’re doing. But if you don’t get it, it’s not the end of the world. I know lots of people who didn’t get in to Michigan but have gotten into many other amazing schools. Michigan is picky but the anticipation is worth it if you’re lucky enough to be accepted! Make sure you have ample back up schools though, just Incase. If anyone has any questions or wants to talk don’t be afraid to reach out!,
@SingingBusDriver thank you for the updates and for keeping us informed!!! (Obviously stress is making some people grumpy ?) - hang in there and happy holidays everyone!!
Is there any chance they might still get them out later today?
@SingingBusDriver
Also - everyone sounds like there was a glitch with processing applicants last night - means it could be tomorrow…
lmao yo go off that’s facts
It’s interesting that parents would use this forum. Makes sense I guess. Figured the applicant would care more than his or her parents but It could be good thing I suppose.
@SingingBusDriver So are decisions coming out on Friday?
Agree with the others @SingingBusDriver , thanks for being willing to share what you can and happy holidays!
