Like the title suggests, I want to transfer from Dearborn to Michigan's Ross School of Business. I'm currently a senior in high school and I'm set on attending Dearborn for my freshman year. Assuming that I manage to hold a 4.0 GPA throughout my freshman year and I meet the transfer requirements, what are my chances of being accepted? I understand that the fact I'll be coming out of Dearborn will likely hurt my chances, but I wanted to see if it was possible. I'll also be part of an investment club at Dearborn, and possibly more if I can find any that interest me.
And I was wondering if an internship would help my chances at getting in. My best friend's dad is the CEO of a fairly big company and it's very likely that I'll be working as an intern during my freshman year. Thanks.

Bump. Some additional info: I got a 29 on the ACT and a ~3.2 UW GPA in high school so far. I only started taking school seriously my senior year, which is obviously a bit late. First semester senior year I got a 3.8, and it’s looking like a 3.8 again, or possibly a 3.9.
