I’m interested in sports broadcast/journalism and obviously Newhouse is an excellent program for this. However, I live in Pittsburgh and would be content staying close. Additionally, I have connected with certain reporters/broadcasters at the local NBC and CBS affiliates and members of the Pitt athletic department which would provide possible internship/job opportunities. I would prefer Pitt over Syracuse just from a general college/campus standpoint but want to make sure I can be successful with such a choice.
