Haven’t seen a transfer thread for Richmond so figured I’d create one. Received an email from admissions today that decisions will be released Monday at 7 pm EST. Will post stats below.

EC - local animal shelters, started working full time and moved out immediately after high school
Applying: SFSU, UCD, UCB, UCSD, UNC Chapel Hill, Duke, Vanderbilt, University of Richmond, Stanford
Accepted: SFSU, UCD (TAG)
Did you get a decision?
@Lfriel I did, rejected. Was butt hurt for half a day then got over it. Once the UNC and Duke rejections roll in I might need more than half a day. lol
Forgot about this thread. Seemed no one here was applying for transfer to Richmond.
Oh okay I’m sorry! I did not get my decision yet as my application had a minor mistake but I should get mine by the end of the week.
I also applied to UNC and it’s my number one choice and college I would attend if I get accepted.
You did the best that you could! I have similar stats to you but I’m business, which is highly competitive. Not many people apply to transfer to UR in general.

@Lfriel Thank you! Its ok. Think I took it harder than necessary since this was my first rejection. But its part of the process and I’m better prepared for the rest.

Hey! Just wanted to come back and say that I got my decision. I got accepted! Now we just have to wait another 10 days to hear back from UNC… tick tok…

Kind of resigned myself to picking either UCD or UCSC. Takes the anxiety out of waiting on the rest of the decisions. Good luck with UNC!
Did anyone hear back from financial aid from Richmond? I just got accepted but no sign of what money they are giving me

@daynamarie101 hi! I got accepted too. I’ve gotten no financial aid package but I’m in a different situation as they are having issues with my parent’s tax return. I heard that the latest we’d have to wait is around April 10th. Also they give no merit aid - it’s purely need based. Hope that helps!
